RISE UP BASKETBALL PROGRAM
The Rise Up Basketball Program is a weekly training session held throughout the School Terms. For ages 10-18, players are divided into groups as we take you through circuit training - covering all aspects of basketball skills and conditioning drills. RISE UP BASKETBALL CAMPS
Rise Up Basketball Camps are full training sessions designed to cover all aspects of basketball and what it takes to become a more complete player. No matter what skill level - our camps are divided into groups as you work closely with our specialist coaches. 6 hours of high quality training is enough to experience what it feels like to train like a professional. Rise Up Camps are full of surprises - special guests - Subway for lunch and inspirational stories.
